I Am SHE

Celebrating the extraordinary in the ordinary
Embrace your past. Share your story. Step into your power.
A series of inspiring interviews, articles, online workshops and eCourses for women, and about women, on a path of deep transformation.

The I am SHE project is aimed at helping women discover their truth, heal their pain and finally move forward in life through the power of stories – both in the hearing and in the telling.

These are stories of love, courage, growth, freedom and transformation.
I am she Project by Julia

The project’s creator, Julia Nowland, brings women together through collaborative conversations to share how each has overcome difficulties, challenges and adversity in their everyday lives – and how they’ve come out the other side. Some of these stories aren’t yet over, but what binds them together is their willingness to do what it takes to build a brighter future for themselves and their families.

Julia is a qualified trainer, an experienced speaker and a highly sought after couple’s therapist. She has spent the last decade helping couples, families and individuals build successful relationships.

The I am SHE project has four underlying principles:
Release
Self-awareness
Accountability
Hope

Some of the stories these women are sharing have been life changing. Some are of everyday struggles. But no matter how big or small, it is in the sharing that we create a connected, empowered community of women supporting one another and healing themselves in the process.

Do you have a story that needs to be told
(but more importantly, one that someone else so desperately needs to hear)?
We’d love to hear from you if you:
  • Are a single mother
  • Are balancing a career and kids
  • Made a choice not to have kids
  • Have a story of adoption
  • Have recovered from loss, addiction or illness

Shining a light on relationships, the I am SHE project gives voice to the stories and achievements of the everyday woman, and an overriding sense that we’re all in this together.

These are real stories, some journeys are still ongoing, but their strength to endure will inspire and give you strength.
