Regularly talking and listening to others can help put your own experience into perspective. While course content is important, the support and learning you can have from other participants can be invaluable.

A combination of education and therapy, Julia’s workshops and groups are aimed at helping participants navigate their way through some of life’s more difficult transitions, such as divorce, loss and grief.
